Hi there, you won't be able/need to scan your Bakugan. In order to register them, you must add to your Bakulog by doing as follows:
* Scroll Up/Down to use the Bakulog
* Tap a Bakugan portrait to view that Bakugan.
* Tap the + to expand the Bakugan description information
* Tap the present to add the Bakugan to your Wishlist
* Tap the Bakugan ball to add the Bakugan to your physical collection
* Other Factions – Shows all the other Factions that the Bakugan is part of.
* Tap each Faction icon to view the Bakugan in the different factions.

Unfortunately they can't be used in the Bakubrawl game within the app.
