Hatchtopia Life uses online play to save your Hatchtopia world and all your items. If you open the app and find your world missing there are a couple of things you can do to get it back.
- Make sure to get adult's help and go to the "Contact us" in the FAQ section and describe the issue.
- If you have redeemed a plush toy code please tell us the toy code you entered on your save file.
- Tell us your Username on the game.
- Tell us any game info you can. For example what level you are, what Hatchimals you own, What goals you have completed etc.
The more information you provide the easier we can find your account.
Using this information we will send you a code to enter into the "Import world" on the title screen of Hatchtopia Life.
