  2. Have you redeemed a Hatchtopia Life Plush Toy Code? If so type us the code.

However, Apple and Google Play do have their own payment system, If your purchase failed outside of the app (ie. It never claimed Purchase successful etc) then please contact Apple or Google Play Store support.
